Governs use of Nyad V-Studio (this site) and the companion Roblox experience, Nyad Build Studio

2. The service
Nyad V-Studio and Nyad Build Studio are free, independently developed tools: load and puppeteer a Roblox avatar, pose and record animations, and build in a companion Roblox experience. No account is required for basic use; logging in with Roblox is optional and only needed to keep your builds and animations tied to your username across sessions.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent rate limits or access controls on our servers; don't upload or generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates Roblox's own Terms of Use and Community Standards, which apply in full whenever you play the Roblox experience. We may suspend access for accounts or requests that abuse the service.
4. Your content
Recordings, builds, and animations you create remain yours. By using the upload or export features, you grant us only the limited right to store and serve that data back to you (and, for in-game builds, to render it in the Roblox experience) — we don't claim ownership, and we don't use your content for anything else. See the Privacy Policy for what's stored and for how long.
5. Intellectual property
The site's code, design, and branding belong to the provider unless otherwise noted. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation; Nyad V-Studio and Nyad Build Studio are independent projects, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
6. Third-party services
The service relies on the Roblox API (Roblox Corporation), tracking libraries and models delivered via jsDelivr and Google Cloud Storage, and hosting by Vercel Inc. Their own terms and availability apply; we aren't responsible for outages or changes on their end. Details on what data this involves are in the Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty
The service is provided free of charge, "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that features will be free of bugs, or that any specific result (e.g. a particular animation or tracking quality) will be achieved.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by German law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or claims under the Product Liability Act. As the service is free of charge, liability for ordinary negligence is excluded where legally possible.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves (for example, when a new feature is added). Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Statutory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence, if more favorable, remain unaffected.
